About the role

You will work with our legal and operations teams to manage trademark matters from intake through filing and post-filing follow-up. This role suits someone who enjoys clear drafting, careful research, and client-focused problem solving.

What you’ll do

Conduct trademark searches and prepare clear findings.
Draft and review applications, replies, and supporting documents.
Track deadlines and maintain accurate matter records.
Coordinate with clients to collect instructions and documentation.
Monitor Registry updates and communicate next steps.

What we’re looking for

LL.B. from a recognised institution.
1–3 years of relevant legal or intellectual property experience.
Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ownership of deadlines.
Comfort working with online legal and case-management systems.
